1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, or incorrect.

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns requested beyond the 7-day window or for reasons such as change of mind will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item 

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will coordinate the pickup of the item from your address.

3. Refund Process

Since we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or mobile wallet, as applicable. After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

You will be required to provide accurate payment details to complete the refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or washed

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or made-to-order items

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange for the same or a similar product, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed instead.
